Peach perfect cookies
The cinnamon sugar sprinkle enhances the soft peach flavor for a satisfying summer treat.
INGREDIENTS:
To make a doze cookies:
- Peaches (3)
 - Eggs (2)
 - All purpose flour (2 cups)
 - Vanilla yogurt non-fat, low-fat or full-fat (1/3 cup)
 - Butter at room temperature (3/8 cup)
 - Sugar (1/4 cup + 1/4 cup for sprinkling)
 - Baking powder (1/2 teaspoon)
 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
 - Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)
 
ACCESSORIES:
1 cookie sheet, 1 large mixing bowl, 1 small mixing bowl, 1 whisk, 1 fork, 1 tablespoon, measuring teaspoon.
MAKE IT:
